Danny Fishman

Co-Founder

Danny has more than 25 years of extensive international experience in real estate investment, private equity, venture capital, investment banking and asset management. Danny co-founded GAIA in 2009. He previously founded and was Co-CEO of Tamir Fishman, an investment bank with billions of dollars in assets under management. He has held board positions with numerous government housing, development, and real estate investment companies and is the former co-head of the Israeli government’s  privatization sector.

Danny earned a B.Sc. in Economics and an M.B.A. in Finance and Accounting from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.

Doron Broman

Co-Founder

Doron is an Israeli-American entrepreneur with a degree in Economics from Brandeis University in Boston and served in the Israeli Defense Force (IDF) for three years. Doron has over ten years of experience in Business Consulting & Finance and fifteen year real estate development and Investment.

In 2009, Doron identified the market of distress real estate opportunities in South Florida and began buying properties focusing on single family houses and value add small multifamily buildings. In 2014, Doron formed Moderno Development Group and began developing ground-up real estate projects in Fort Lauderdale and Miami. Doron has personally developed over $300 million in real estate projects in the past 10 years.

Doron is also president of the Children of Haiti and Refugee Projects charity organization.

Eyal Waldman

Co-Founder

Mr. Waldman is the chairman of Waldo Holdings, a family office that focuses on diversified investments in private and public companies, various funds, real estate and other financial platforms and vehicle

Mr. Waldman has been the Co-founder, President, CEO and Board member of Mellanox Technologies since March 1999, a semiconductor company which went public on Nasdaq in 2007 and was acquired by NVIDIA on April 2020 for more than $7B.

Between March 1999 until June 2013, Mr. Waldman served as Mellanox’s chairman of the board. From March 1993 to February 1999, Mr. Waldman served as Vice President of Engineering and was a Co-founder of Galileo Technology, Ltd., a semiconductor company, which went public on Nasdaq in 1997 and was acquired by Marvell Technology Group, Ltd. in January 2001 for $2.7B. From August 1989 to March 1993, Mr. Waldman held several design, management, and architecture related positions at Intel Corporation, a manufacturer of computer, networking, and communications products, and was awarded with the “IAA Intel achievement award” and the “Employee of the year” award. Mr. Waldman serves on the board of directors of several private and public companies.

Mr. Waldman holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering and a Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology.

In June 2016, Mr. Waldman was awarded an Honorary Doctorate by the Technion.

Anastasia Cucu

VP- Head of Operations

Anastasia is a real estate expert specializing in acquisitions, development strategy, and operations, with extensive experience in new developments, luxury properties, and investment assets in South Florida. Recognized for her strategic deal-making and precision in execution, she is also highly skilled in project management, owner’s representation, zoning regulations, financial structuring, and operational efficiency

Originally from Moldova, Anastasia moved to the U.S. at 18, driven by an entrepreneurial spirit. By 33, she had founded three successful businesses, sharpening her expertise in negotiation, client relations, and market strategy. She is fluent in Romanian, Russian, and English, with conversational skills in Spanish, French, and Hebrew, allowing her to seamlessly connect with a global clientele.

Anastasia is known for her efficiency, sharp business acumen, and commitment to excellence, consistently delivering high-impact projects that align with market trends and investor goals.

Bradley Fertil

Project Manager

A native of Miami, Florida, Bradley literally grew up in the hub of the South Florida real estate market, as we know it.

Prior to pursuing his dream of being a real estate entrepreneur and investor. Bradley attended the University of Central Florida, earning a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Criminal Justice in 2008.

Since that time he has been involved in virtually every sector of real estate acquisition, rehabbing, fixing and flipping, as well as property management.

Bradley was recently featured on CNBC’s “Money Court”, in which the show’s host, Kevin O’Leary labeled him a “Deal Junkie”, a label he wears with pride.

Polina Demidova

Data Analyst

Polina was born in Russia and raised in Moscow and Miami, has seamlessly blended her diverse background into a real estate career. She is currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate Development at Nova Southeastern University, focusing on property development, analytics, and contracts.

With two years as a licensed real estate agent, she has helped clients find their dream homes while building a strong industry network. Her expertise in market research, property analysis, and innovative real estate solutions sets her apart.

Beyond her academic and professional pursuits, Polina serves as the Engagement Specialist for the ALPFA chapter at Nova Southeastern University, demonstrating her commitment to fostering connections and professional growth.
